Well that was easy! Just back from my début great north run and I’m feeling surprisingly chipper considering!

All three of us finished and we all made good times, raising over £700 for the MND charity.

We’re all feeling pretty pleased with ourselves at the moment and there is talk of more runs to come, watch this space

Fit For It

One of two ill advised beers last night have left me feeling less than ace today, about to jump in the car for the drive up to the north east.

Dance Me In

The big day is rapidly approaching, I’ve got my start time of 10:58am on Sunday, and I’m almost ready for the trip to Middlesbrough on Saturday. One of the last things on my list to do was to make up a play list for the day. After some careful deliberation and twice being forced into using my power of veto I’ve compromised on the following.
